More freedom as an owner

Less on you, more for you.

I set up your company so it keeps running with less of you. Whether you want to work fewer hours, hand over part of your role or take a few months of (parental) leave.

  • More time for yourself
  • A team that decides for itself
  • Holidays without your phone

The first call is free: 30 minutes online to talk through your situation. In Dutch, German or English.

Sound familiar?

  • You work sixty hours or more, and there's still work left.
  • When you're on holiday, things grind to a halt.
  • Customers and colleagues only want to talk to you.
  • Every decision, quote or complaint ends up on your desk.
  • A baby, a sabbatical, or simply the wish to slow down is on the horizon.
  • A sale or succession is coming up, and the company will soon have to run without you.
  • You became an entrepreneur for more freedom, not to work more than ever.

Choose your kind of freedom

A

Fewer hours

Your company keeps running just as well while you work fewer hours. Mainly thanks to more efficient and partly automated processes.

B

Hand over part of your role

For example operations, sales or planning moves to someone else, with clear agreements.

C

A few months away

Your company runs for months without you, for example during parental leave or a sabbatical.

What I do for you

Where does your time go?

It's there in black and white: which tasks only you can do, and which you can hand over.

Decision rules instead of decisions

Your team decides for itself within clear limits. Only what really belongs with you reaches you.

Knowledge out of your head

When you're not there, your team knows what to do. Even when you're ill or on leave.

Letting go step by step

Trust that grows: yours that things keep running, your team's that they can do it.

How we work

  1. Get to know each other

A free 30-minute online chat about your situation and plans.

  2. Two weeks of observation

For two weeks we track what you do. Then you know for each task: keep, delegate, automate or stop.

  3. A plan for letting go

I come with concrete proposals: decision rules, documented processes and a second person for every critical task. Together with your team, we refine them.

  4. Letting go step by step

First one fixed day a week without you, then longer. I stay until it works in practice and your team carries it.

What you can expect from me

  • Someone who knows how much a small company runs on its owner: I grew up in a German family of entrepreneurs and became one myself.
  • Letting go isn't only about processes. What it means for you and your team gets just as much attention.
  • Step by step and at your pace, so you can let go with confidence.
